These terms apply when you engage Balantix, based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, for website development, SEO, AEO, or Meta Ads (SEM) services. By hiring us or using our website and tools, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

We provide website design and development, search engine optimisation, answer engine optimisation, and paid advertising management (Meta and Google Ads), along with related tools such as the free Digital Health Check. The exact scope of work for a paid project is confirmed in writing, by email or WhatsApp, before work begins.

Payments

• Website development projects require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on completion or in agreed milestones, as confirmed for your specific project.
• Monthly retainer services, such as ongoing SEO, AEO, or ad management, are billed monthly in advance.
• Advertising budgets for Meta or Google Ads are separate from our management fee and are paid directly to those platforms, not to Balantix.
• Domain registration and hosting, where not already owned by you, are billed separately and are not included in our website development pricing.

Ownership of work

Once a project is paid in full, you own the website and content we have built for you. Until final payment is received, Balantix retains rights to the work delivered. We may showcase completed projects in our own portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

What we do not guarantee

We work hard to get real results, but no agency can guarantee specific Google rankings, AI search placements, or ad performance numbers, since these depend on factors outside our control, including competition, algorithm changes, and your industry. What we do guarantee is that the work is done properly, based on current best practice, and that we tell you honestly what is and is not working.

Your responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we need timely responses, content, approvals, and access to any accounts or platforms needed for the work, such as your Google Business Profile or Meta Ads account. Delays on your end may affect project timelines.

Limitation of liability

Balantix is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business or lost revenue, arising from the use of our website, tools, or services. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
