Balantix ("we", "us", "our") operates balantix.in and related tools including healthcheck.balantix.in and portfolio.balantix.in. This page explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- When you contact us. If you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or book a call through Calendly, we receive your name, phone number, email address, and whatever details you choose to share about your business.
- When you use our free Digital Health Check tool. The tool asks a short set of questions about your business and stores your answers, along with your name and contact details, so we can send you your results and follow up if you request it.
- Automatically, through website analytics. Like most websites, we use tools such as Google Site Kit to understand how visitors use our site: which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and general location and device information. This does not identify you personally.
- If you become a client. We store project-related information in our internal systems so we can deliver the work you have hired us for, including business details, login credentials you provide for platforms we manage on your behalf, and communication history.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your business needs
- To deliver the services you have hired us for, such as website development, SEO, AEO, or Meta Ads management
- To send you the results of tools like the free Digital Health Check
- To improve our website and services based on how people actually use them
- To send occasional updates about our services, only if you have not opted out
How we share your information
We do not sell your information to anyone. We share information only in these situations:
- With third-party tools we rely on to run our business, such as Google (for analytics and advertising platforms), Meta (if we manage ads for you), and hosting providers. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
- If required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request from an Indian authority.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, mainly through Google Site Kit for analytics purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may work less smoothly as a result.
Your rights
