Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across our different services. Because website development, SEO, AEO, and Meta Ads work in different ways, each is handled slightly differently below.
Website development projects
- If you cancel before any design or development work has started, your advance payment is refunded in full, minus any payment gateway charges.
- If you cancel after work has started but before completion, the advance payment is non-refundable, since it covers time and work already delivered. Any additional milestone payments already made will be assessed based on work completed up to that point.
- Once a website is delivered and the final payment is made, the project is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund.
SEO and AEO retainers
- Monthly SEO and AEO services are billed in advance for that month's work.
- You can cancel a retainer at any time with written notice (email or WhatsApp) before your next billing date. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.
- Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, since that month's work is either already underway or completed, but no further charges will apply after cancellation.
Meta Ads and Google Ads management
- Our management fee for running ad campaigns is separate from your ad spend budget.
- Ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google is governed by their own refund policies, not ours, since Balantix does not hold or control that budget.
- Our management fee for a given billing period is non-refundable once campaign work for that period has begun.
Domain and hosting
Domain registration and hosting charges, when purchased through us on your behalf, are paid to third-party providers and are non-refundable once purchased, in line with those providers' own policies.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Send us a message on WhatsApp or email balantix.in@gmail.com with your project details. We will confirm what applies to your specific situation and process any eligible refund within 7 to 10 business days.
