refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services provided by Balantix may be cancelled or refunded.
1. Service-Based Nature
Balantix provides digital services such as digital marketing, website development, SEO, and business consulting. Since these services involve time, planning, and resource allocation, refunds are limited.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:
- Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
- If the project has not yet started, the service may be cancelled.
- If work has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Balantix reserves the right to determine the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Payment made by mistake or duplicate payment
- Project has not been started
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Work has already started
- Strategy, consultation, or planning has already been delivered
- Client delays or failure to provide required information
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once work begins:
- Website design and development
- SEO services
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Consultation and strategy services
5. Modification of Services
Instead of cancellation, clients may request:
- Project adjustments
- Service upgrades
- Timeline modifications
Balantix will try to accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible.
